Blue Wave 12U defeated Rebel Baseball White 14-4 in the 12U Division 1 Gold championship game today (DEC 10, 2017) of the Xtreme Diamond Sports Holiday Bash tournament at Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley.
Coach Aron Garcia’s team was a perfect 4-0 in the weekend tournament, defeating HB Total Baseball Scrappers 10-2, and Seahawk Elite 15-1 in seeding games on Saturday (DEC 9) to earn the No. 1 seeding for Sunday’s playoffs.
They then defeated the OC Hawks 7-4 in the semi-final Sunday to reach the championship game.
Members of the team are Rylan Littlejohn, Derek Higareda, Andres Vaca, Wyland Okamoto, Austen Barnett, Ben Reiland, Marcus Zeigler, Treson Arita, Bryan Ho, Nolan Tillitt, Jeremiah Robles, and Gio Sambito.
